What are the best subjects to sell at an exhibition?

We had a question way back in Episode 11 of our podcast where someone asked:"What subjects are the best for selling in an exhibition?"In Colin's opinion animals are the best subjects to be selling at exhibitions. Specifically Cats, Dogs, Tigers and anything similar. Owls are also good sellers.People generally like their own dogs so these subjects can be a little more difficult to sell.If you mainly focus on landscapes then the very best landscapes to sell would be of local scenes.This is only Colin's opinion, what subjects have you found to be good sellers at exhibitions?
