Correcting Animal Eyes

If you're drawing an animal or person and focusing on the eyes, sometimes it can be tricky to make sure both eyes are looking in the same direction. What do you do? Alter the highlight or the pupil?The key is to do one eye first. Now do the best you can with the other eye. You can then cover each eye going backwards and forwards between them to see if they match up.If they don't pick one eye to alter and change the pupil.Colin has produced an exercise sheet complete with pictures illustrating how to correct this which is available to download here.
